System 10.4

Does anyone out there have MacOS 10.4 disks? (Or maybe my 10.4 disks?)

I have to downgrade a computer and I can’t find any of my old system disks.

If you have a set and want to help me out, let me know.

    Actually, I have your 10.4 disks. I’ll look around tonight and see if I have them here. They might be in Milton.

    Ok, well, Holly, if you have them, could you let me know. My sister needs them to upgrade from 10.3 to 10.4 so her iPod will work.

    If that doesn’t work, Jeremy, is there any way that I could get you to make a disk image (I’ll give you a hidden place to stick it on dactyl)? Then I can just burn a “back-up” copy.

    I’ll be going back to Milton this weekend, so let me know if you still need the disks (or, heck, if you’d just like them back anyway) and I’ll look for them while I’m home. I suspect they’re not here.

    Aha, I found it. There’s only one disk (a dvd). It was tucked in with my ipod software. Which was tucked into my bookshelf, and I just noticed while I was sitting on the floor grading.

    Do you want me to mail it, or should I try dropping it off on my way north on friday? I tried to get it back to you shortly after you moved, but you probably had higher priorities. Email me at my dartmouth alum address. hollys will get to me.

    I’ll try to remember to find a mailing thing for disks in the supply room tomorrow and get it sent.

    Um, yeah. Since I haven’t found a mailing envelope for the dvd yet, how about I just drop it off when I’m at STSci for a meeting on Dec 4/5?
