Growing up, I thought BBQ just meant cooking food on a grill. In the last two weeks though, I've been trying more authentic BBQ... slow cooked pork, pulled apart and liberally doused with bbq sauce. (I'm using Stubbs.) It's really kind of amazing how good it is. So far, I've tried using the general method with a pork tenderloin, a random beef roast, and a big chunk of pork shoulder. The shoulder is the most authentic way to do it, but it's really way too fatty.

If someone comes to visit, I'll let you try it.
