I caught a lovely double rainbow back on Sept. 20th:

Next, a phenomenon I’ve noticed before but always thought it was some sort of illusion peculiar to my poor eyesight.  Does anyone else see, below the violet band, a break in the bow and then another violet-ish band?  It’s faint, but I swear it’s there.  I have a much higher resolution photo, also, if anyone would like the original to scrutinize instead of the smaller photo.

Anybody know what’s been up with dactyl? Seems to have been down lately… until now magically…
