College hockey season is almost here. A big highlight will be right here in Hanover for the Ledyard Bank Tournament with Dartmouth hosting Boston University, North Dakota, and my alma mater St. Lawrence. I’m excited for that one already! First home game of the season is October 27th versus Harvard with Vermont coming to town the next evening. Hooray Hockey! Hooray Beer!
I usually figure that when you go to the bathroom, the goal should be 1) get in 2) do your thing 3) get out. Sometimes, however, you have to spend a few seconds realizing what other people are doing around you.
For instance, just 30 seconds ago, I was minding my own business until I realized that the procedure I had just heard was 1) wash hands 2) get paper towel and dry hands 3) zip up pants 4) buckle belt. I’m very very glad that I didn’t turn around to find out that step 2 might have involved more than just drying hands.
