Vermonty Python

Posted by Holly.

Well, I broke down last night and bought a pint. For those who don’t know, Vermonty Python is one of the new Ben and Jerry’s flavors, with coffee liqueur ice cream, a chocolate cookie swirl, and what appear to be milk chocolate fudge cows. It’s pretty good. I was a bit disappointed in the fudge cows, though. They were much better in Bovinity Divinity. The coffee ice cream and the cookie swirl, however, mix beautifully. I think I still prefer Fossil Fuel (with the good dark chocolate fudge dinosaurs), Phish Food, and Coffee Heath Bar Crunch over Vermonty Python, but it does make for a nice addition to the rotation.

Next on the list to try, I think, is the Black and Tan. Then perhaps Turtle Soup.
