If you haven’t seen this before, someone at the Multnomah County sheriff’s office said “Hey, I think I saw this meth-head a while ago. I wonder what his previous mug shot looked like.”
There’s an easy conclusion to take from it: don’t take meth. And if you do take it, try to wash your face once in a while to avoid ulcers.
