Friday, February 17th, 2006Officials in Portugal have to feel pretty good, having made possibly the largest ever single cocaine bust (in Europe)… eight-thousand kilograms of pure snow. That’s worth roughly 1/3 of a billion dollars – so I’m wondering if they’re tempted to just re-sell it and solve the budget crunch. Worked for Reagan.
