So, it would appear that our favorite Latin American loose-cannon socialist leader, Hugo Chavez, is at it again, this time with Mexico.
Chavez ain’t really a nice guy, but at least he’s willing to thumb his nose at the neo-con controlled U.S. administration. Plus, you gotta give props to any political leader known for breaking into folk songs in the midst of his speeches. And, for me at least, him singing the praises of Mexico while dressed in a sombrero and backed by a mariachi band in order to goad Mexico into a position other than one subservient to the U.S. is commendable.
