Hockey again!

Saturday, November 19th, 2005

I think I’m heading to the hockey game tonight too, if others are interested. Holla if peeps be wanting to see some carnage as we beat the piss out of those pansy Yale kids…

Sorry day for football…

Dang, man!

I mean, it’s no big surprise that Dartmouth finished out its underperforming season with a loss to Princeton, but I was hoping that Trinity would at least put up some fight against Mary Hardin-Baylor, one of the other three Texas D3 powerhouses.

Unfortunately, it was a heartbreaking 35-6 grind during which almost all of the Trinity Tigers’ momentum was shutdown by some serious defense from the Crusaders. I reckon next time Trinity will remember to make use of their new weapon: the uncharacteristic passing game that has served them surprisingly well this year. Oh well, as long as one of the Texas D3 teams takes it all the way, I suppose that’ll be something worth shoutin’ about.

Speaking of Texas, the Longhorns have the weekend off, which hopefully means they’ll be primed and ready for the Lonestar Shootout over Thanksgiving Weekend. Should be a hell of a game, and here’s to hoping A&M realizes they’re just an obstacle to greatness this year and quietly gets the heck out of the way.

Gig ‘em, Aggies! Hook ‘em, ‘Horns! Hell Yeah!
