Wow, that’s incredibly clever/diabolical planning – having the NFL and The OC start on the same night? hrm. I wonder how many divorce papers filed/couch sleeping events will occur in the next couple days.

See, this is one of those situations where my utter lack of interest in the OC and my near-total lack of interest in the NFL serve me quite nicely.
Not that I don’t have my own distractions that usually get the better of me (Red Sox games, Netflix, and whodunit TV shows, to name a few), but at least I can cheerfully avoid the NFL/OC quagmire without any nagging regrets that I’ve missed something I would have otherwise enjoyed.
