HOP Shows for the next year

I just received the tickets I pre-purchased for the following perfromances at the HOP this next year, and they’re all at least 4th row or better, center front section!

Los Cojolites & Son de Madera – 3/30

An Evening with Sarah Vowell – 4/28

As y’all can see, my tastes run (perhaps unsurprisingly) towards the jazz and latin music shows. Also, I have two student tickets for each show, so folks interested in my extra one should feel free speak for it; the fair market price of $5 will be the going rate.

I’m trying to get tickets to Sarah Vowell for Kirsten and I.
I should probably get off my ass and do it. I just checked it out online and they still say “no online sales until August 24″ so I guess they don’t update their page very often.
Should I just go to the box office on Tuesday or something like that?

Yeah, you probably won’t have trouble getting tix for that one if you hit up the box office next week.
I mailed in my ticket requests, ’cause they process snail mail requests before online sales and before the box office opens for them.

G-money, I want to get Sara Vowell tix too, so we can make a field trip. I’m gonna go tomorrow to see what I can do about Marsalis (for K) but I’m not too hopeful. Had stuff ready to mail but somehow in the week before I left that didn’t happen…
