Bush’s approval ratings have finally dipped below the Mendoza line. 
If he keeps this up, he’ll also be in line to record one of the highest ever disapproval ratings as well. So much for the “political capital” that majority popular vote supposedly mandated him.

That’s interesting, I never knew about the .215 level, only two-hundred. I think it’s pretty much defined to be .200 by now. But anyway, as the article notes, he has a whole lot of time, alas…
