Posted by Holly.

Sorry to hear that; I have no idea what has transpired, so I’ll keep my commentary to a minimum.

Good luck with the studying at home; I find I’m a lot more productive at home anyways, but that might be due to the lack of Internet access in Lyme.

what’s doing me in for studying is the TV. i actually find the internet rather boring anymore. right now i’m too pissed off to concentrate, so i’m either going to watch tv or watch a babylon 5 dvd if there’s nothing on.

Yeah, TV can be bad and good. I find studying with a Red Sox game on in the background to be a highly productive combination.

I find the TV mostly boring otherwise, so home proves to be a much be study environment than the office for me.

You can always try the approach of banishing yourself and your books outside on a nice day; no TV or Internet to distract, but weather and/or critters (bugs, puppies, etc.) can be bothersome.

    Try these out.

    the superficial

No boredom there, although the superficial has lost it’s bite lately.

Other options include timewasting.net or the much less slick niftyness, or urban75’s collection, which is really quite impressive.

Also there is frat guy antics but I warn you that it is easy to get lost in there forever.

Although really, we might as well pull out the big guns… I end up watching this every few years, each time for about a day straight, on loop. F*cking kangaroos.

Or for a brief bit of education, how about basic domestic training?

Or, in-browser Raiden with surprisingly good playability…

Thanks to my boy Darren for this one, I seriously caught myself laughing out loud. Decently funny, and quite a collection.
