If Minnesota could do it with Jesse Ventura and California with the Governator, then you can bet your ass the Lone Star State will do its best to top the both of them by electing the one and only Kinky Friedman as governor in 2006.

Well, his platform isn’t too bad.
I especially like the quotes though. One that really sticks out is “It’s Texas and Mississippi in a race for the bottom.”
