A million spam messages a day
Posted by Nathaniel.
I get about 100 spam messages a day and Mail.app does a pretty darn good job of stopping them. I haven’t had one slip through or had a false-positive in the last couple of weeks.
It would be a touch different if I were getting a million spam messages a day.
It’s nice that we don’t have spam problems on the blog anymore either. We’re actually doing something similar to some of the things this guy suggests. We force spammer’s computers to do a calculation and then require them to read a scrambled code.

i’ve been getting roughly between 20 and 30 a day. in the last week, i’ve had a fair number slip through Mail.app’s defenses.

Blitzmail’s spam filter is actually surprisingly solid, though a slow learner. A million is kinda a lot, though.
